Robot Brief

The AgiBot G2 is a new general-purpose intelligent humanoid robot, designed for immediate large-scale industrial development and commercial application. The primary objective is to build world-leading general-purpose embodied robots by pioneering the fusion of AI and robotics, thereby automating human labor across divers sectors. This commitment to mass-scale industrialization is validated by a framework order for nearly 1,000 G2 units placed by the manufacturer Longcheer, confirming the robot's commercial viability.

Use Cases

  • Reliable Task Execution:
The core intelligence, the GO-1 LLM, uses a Vision-Language-Latent-Action (VLLA) architecture to translate complex instructions and visual data into precise physical actions. In controlled tests, this model achieved an average success rate of 78% across five tasks of varying complexity, significantly outperforming competitors.
  • Continuous Skill Acquisition:
The G2 platform is designed to learn from both human-generated videos and real-world issues it encounters, allowing the robot to continuously evolve and improve its intelligence autonomously throughout its operational life.
  • Complex Logistics and Manufacturing:
In industrial settings, the G2 can handle tasks such as industrial manufacturing processes, logistics sorting, machine tending, and quality inspection, leveraging its payload capacity and flexibility.
  • Guided Interaction and Services:
The robot can serve as a guide and receptionist, capable of autonomous movement and fluent interaction powered by its self-developed LLM.

Industries

  • Manufacturing:
Deployment in factories for repetitive tasks such as assembly, quality control, and machine tending.
  • Logistics and Warehousing:
Used for complex logistics sorting, material handling, and general warehouse operations.
  • Commercial Services and Hospitality:
Functions include guided reception, commercial cleaning, and commercial entertainment in public and business settings.
  • Security Patrols:
Deployment for autonomous perimeter and internal facility monitoring.
  • Education and Research:
The platform serves as a base AI research, data collection and developing new embodiment models.

Intro

The AgiBot G2 is constructed using 100 percent automotive grade components to ensure durability in continuous industrial environments. The chassis is rated at IP42 for dust and water resistance while the arms carry an IP50 rating to protect internal actuators. Its structure includes a three degree of freedom waist and a two degree of freedom lower body that allow for bending, twisting, and squatting movements. These physical attributes enable the robot to reach working heights between 1.3 and 1.8 meters without requiring a fixed base.

The manipulator system employs force controlled seven degree of freedom arms with an absolute force control accuracy greater than 0.5 Newtons. This high level of sensitivity allows the G2 to handle delicate assembly tasks such as insertion and fastening. The integrated design supports rapid deployment within a single day through modular software interfaces and hot swappable battery systems.

Connectivity

  • WiFi 4G/5G available
  • Bluetooth 5.2
  • NFC

Capabilities

  • Precision Force Control:
The 7DOF arm is equipped with full joint torque sensors and has a force control absolute accuracy greater than 0.5 N, each arm able to withstand a payload of 5kg.
  • Stable Mobility:
Equipped with 4 steerable wheels, enable omnidirectional mobility.
  • Operation Endurance:
Designed for 24/7 continoues operation via dual hot-swappable batteries.
  • Omnidirectional Mobility:
Supports lateral crab walking and zero radius rotation.
  • Force Controlled Manipulation:
Executes tasks requiring compliant contact and high precision feedback.
  • Autonomous Navigation:
Maps and navigates complex indoor environments using sensor fusion.
  • Real-time Processing:
Performs millisecond level object recognition and operational decision making.
