Intro
The AgiBot G2 is constructed using 100 percent automotive grade components to ensure durability in continuous industrial environments. The chassis is rated at IP42 for dust and water resistance while the arms carry an IP50 rating to protect internal actuators. Its structure includes a three degree of freedom waist and a two degree of freedom lower body that allow for bending, twisting, and squatting movements. These physical attributes enable the robot to reach working heights between 1.3 and 1.8 meters without requiring a fixed base.
The manipulator system employs force controlled seven degree of freedom arms with an absolute force control accuracy greater than 0.5 Newtons. This high level of sensitivity allows the G2 to handle delicate assembly tasks such as insertion and fastening. The integrated design supports rapid deployment within a single day through modular software interfaces and hot swappable battery systems.
